What you will do

  • Strive to maximise club revenue through actively recruiting new members

  • Achieve and exceed membership sales and revenue targets

  • Be proactive in generating leads from within and outside the Club

  • Sell memberships professionally and with integrity

  • Work as part of the team. Support, mentor and motivate your colleagues on an ongoing basis as you strive towards being a successful department

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Be passionate about selling

  • Be a committed and determined individual who is motivated by working
    within a team

  • Target driven

  • Have exceptional communication skills

  • No experience necessary - full training given

    What we offer

  • Basic salary-£12k-15k

  • On Target Earnings - 19k-24k Uncapped
