Creative Services Manager

Are you passionate about Digital communications, and ecommerce??

If so, my client, a leading European gaming organisation based in and around London are looking for a Creative Services Manager to join their company.

The successful candidiate will coordinate the delivery and ongoing maintenance of the company's online channels (web and mobile), managing internal and external resource allocation and delivery schedules, across a multi-disciplinary UX team, in multiple locations, territories and languages; ensure leverages maximum value from its shared-services delivery model, whilst maintaining requisite quality and service levels to brands, partners, etc

Main responsibilities of the role are...
* Lead, motivate and inspire, exemplify best practice and foster and environment of team work and innovation
* Co-ordination of User Experience service delivery across all RI digital channels
* Manage resource allocation for producers, IA's, designers, content editors and front-end developers
* Co-ordinate external resources, from contractors to agencies, 3rd party suppliers


Ideally, you will have...

* A track record of managing and delivering large scale ecommerce websites either agency or client side
* Working with multiple large scale projects at various stages of delivery
* Familiarity or and experience with multi-lingual content delivery teams and systems
* Examples of how you have enhanced employee motivation and engagement, leading to improved levels of innovation and delivery
* Experience in Agile and Scrum project delivery methodologies
* Extensive experience of multi-channel project delivery in an ecommerce environment, able to balance creative needs with commercial priorities
